ANKOBRA FARMS

Fruits , vegetables , herbs and flowers are all 100% organically cultivated. We work together with local farmers to ensure the use of green initiatives which aim to preserve the existing natural environment.

THE BAMBOO BARN

ANKOBRA BEACH RETREAT has an on-site bamboo workshop which employs two professional bamboo masters skilled in this traditional handicraft. Young locals are trained in the sustainable and responsible handling of materials. Most furniture at the RETREAT is made of bamboo sourced from the ANKOBRA RIVER. Our BAMBOO BARN produces beds, chairs, tables, lamps, fences and so much more! Our staff can craft souveniers for you upon request.

WASTE MANAGEMENT

Volunteers from the continent and abroad work in conjunction with local schools , community organisations and officials to explore , create and implement projects aimed at effective environmental protection and cultural preservation.
